New Project

Page six from the new project I'm working on. I'm trying out a more involved method of coloring. The comic is a science fiction/adventure story and I wanted the coloring to be more representative than what I usually do. I'm still not totally sure about it (although I feel pretty good). Thoughts?

im digging the subdued palette, it really punches this up to the next level. my only critique is the middle panel- is there a way to punch up those blues a bit, so the figures stand out more?
in the end though, it hardly matters, great stuff, man!

Yes, I'm with the other guys, I really love the way your using the colours and the attitudes of the figures are really convincing too, especially the totally pre-occupied guy with the scanner. Great storytelling - I'm hooked already!

C'mon hurry up and get it finished so that I can read the whole story and have it nestling up to my prized copy of UTU.

Thanks for the comics. I liked The Scout, the pacing of the story reaches that perfect pitch of unease... well done.
Utu was very expansive. To be honest, I'm greedy... I could have looked at twenty pages of him just wandering around the landscape.

Cheers.

I quite like the color palette. Muted colors are generally your thing. In fact thats the first thing I noticed and went 'ooh' about.
